Ruan graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University with a bachelor's in investment finance. During his time in college, Ruan played for the men's soccer team and was nominated freshman player of the year as well as an all-scholastic athlete.

After college, he coached various select youth and club teams. Ruan is now an assistant coach for the Somerville High School's boys program. Ruan holds both US soccer and Mass Youth Soccer E and F Licenses.

Kamali played college soccer at Roger Williams University and Hawaii Pacific University, was a 2012 D3 All-American

2013 USL Combine Participant 

SoccerViza combine participant earned trial with 2014 KF Fjallabyggdar (Iceland) 

Played last season and currently under contract with Boston City FC. 

Antigua & Barbuda Mens National Team-  2012 & 2014 (World Cup Qualifyer) 

Participant/invitee to national team camps, in 2014 selected to team but not rostered for World Cup qualifiers. 

Kamali currently is an assistant coach at Needham High School with Boys Varsity
