Welcome Letter - K-3rd Half Day

Dear MAP Youth Soccer Academy - K-3rd GRADE HALF DAY JR CAMP Camper,

We are excited for our first day of Soccer Camp Monday morning. With your child joining our Jr. Camp we wanted to provide you with a few specific details to help you and your child with the week.

We have your child registered to join us at Pollard Monday morning for our Jr Camp which is for all campers Grade K-3rd. Check-In will start 8:20AM and Pick up will take place at Pollard starting at 11:30AM for all 1/2 Day Campers.

Drop off will take place at the back of pollard down by the fields. To access the fields off of Dedham Ave and Harris Ave you will take Bradford Street which leads you to Glenwood Road and leads you to the parking lot. We will have staff in the parking lot unloading campers for drop off along the sidewalk until 8:40AM. Staff will ask you for the campers name/names and will check them in and our staff will walk down to the shaded area to join their team. IF your child needs you to escort them over to make the transition that is NOT a problem at all, please carefully park on the left side parking lot near the gym and walk your child over to the check-in table.

Pick up will take place at 11:30AM at the same location and Staff will bring your child to the car line which loops all of the way around the bottom lot for you to pick up along the sidewalk.

IF you have an older child that is joining us for our Middle or Sr camp at DeFazio they can be dropped off at Pollard as there will be a group that heads over together under the bridge. 

With all of the paperwork collected ahead of camp players can either be dropped off for check in or parents are welcome to park and join their son/daughter for the morning check in. We will continue to communicate with you leading up to our first day as well as  throughout the week of camp through constant contact.

Bringing Medication To Camp? 

Any camper bringing medication to camp that will handed in to our trainers must also complete THIS FORM and submit to [email protected]. 

Please remember to send your camper with a water bottle as we will have ice water jugs through out the day available for campers to refill their water bottles with. We suggest a snack for all campers and please send a lunch for full day campers. We also suggest that you apply sunscreen prior to drop-off in the morning.
