With so many youth players suffering from overuse injuries and other aches and pains, MAP is providing 4 sessions this spring to help create healthier soccer players. We will be running a FREE recovery day and injury prevention program on Sunday mornings. Each session will include a variety of mobility, flexibility, stability, muscle activation, plyometric and landing mechanics, and postural exercises. This will take place at the end of the week on Sundays at 10:30AM at Defazio Park May 16, 23 & June 6, 13. The program is open to all NSC boys and girls from 5th grade through 8th grade.
The program will be run by Jeremy Conn. Jeremy has a Master's Degree in Sports Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Jeremy has worked as part of the strength and conditioning program for Boston College and Union College where he also was a member of the men's varsity soccer team.
