Trainer: Jeremy Conn
Jeremy Conn is the Director of High Performance Training at Longfellow Wellesley.
For the last year, Conn served as an assistant strength & conditioning coach with the PWHL Boston Fleet and for the last three years, served as a sports performance specialist at the Boston Sports Performance Center - overseeing their sport science.
Conn is a graduate of Union College in Schenectady, New York where he was a Psychology major and All-Conference soccer player. In his final year at Union, Conn served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the school working with Football, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, and Men’s Lacrosse.
In 2020, Conn attended Merrimack College where he earned a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science. During this time, he was able to serve as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Boston College working with Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, Baseball and Softball - and more!
In his new role, Conn is looking forward to bringing his expertise to train the next generation of athletes.

As the former associate head strength and conditioning coach at Babson College, Erin knows what it takes to reach the collegiate level in athletics. With previous coaching experience at Harvard University, Boston College and Assumption University she has helped thousands of elite college athletes achieve peak performance. She also specializes in body composition and weight loss management making her a great fit for student athletes and adults alike.

Mike Shea is the Director of Fitness at Longfellow Wellesley
With over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, Mike has helped over 2,500 clients reach their goals. His passion for fitness and athletics, combined with his dedication to inspiring healthier lifestyles makes him a great fit for working with our student athletes.
