In 2024, Froberg guided the Anchormen to a 11-6-3 overall record, a 6-2 (third place) mark in the Little East and reached the finals of the Little East Championship before falling to top-seeded Western Connecticut in penalty kicks.
Before becoming Head Coach at RIC, Froberg was the goalkeeper coach at D1 University of Rhode Island for 5 years. During this stint he helped coach URI to two NCAA appearances in 2018 and 2019 and two A-10 Championships.
