ASHLEY PHILLIPS - Women's Soccer Head Coach
MAP GIRLS ID CAMP DIRECTOR
Ashley Phillips enters her 11th season as the head coach of the Northeastern women’s soccer team during 2026, having been named the program’s fourth head coach on March 2, 2016. She previously served as the Huskies’ assistant coach from 2010 to 2015, earning promotion to associate head coach in 2015 and interim head coach in 2016.
In Phillips coaching career with the Huskies, she became the first head coach during CAA history to win the conference’s regular season and postseason championships during their first season as head coach in 2016. Phillips has coached Northeastern to 13 straight CAA Tournaments which is the longest active streak in the conference. She has also guided Northeastern’s attack to the single-season program record for goals scored in 2017 recording a total of 41 goals and helped Northeastern secure the No. 3 ranking in the United Soccer Coaches (formerly NSCAA) Mid-Atlantic Regional Poll upon entering the 2016 NCAA tournament.

Parent Testimonial
"My child attended the ID camp last weekend. I have to say, it is the best run camp from a parent and player prospective.
The evaluations from the coaches given out on Sunday were a huge bonus. it was obvious they put effort into them.
Thank you for giving direction as my child begins the college process. We will be back next year!
Thank you,"

"The fields where easily the best I’ve ever played on, the games where high level as well as the coaching, it felt like just about every coach there looked at every player and made a comment about their play, it was very different to other ID camps I’ve been to, this one felt way more personal."
CAMPER TESTIMOMIAL
Description: The M.A.P. College Prospect Elite ID Camp is a college identification camp for all high school girls who will be enrolled as freshman, sophomores, juniors or seniors in the fall.
The camp will take place at the Stonhill College Complex, a beautiful grass facility. Field players and goalkeepers will work directly with Coaches from top Schools to experience the daily training environment of Collegiate Programs. All Coaches will see every player between training sessions and games.
The camp will consist of on field technical training, small sided and large sided games, as well as proper conditioning and injury prevention. Players get to experience the same tactical and technical training sessions the College Coaches provide to their own team . Players will also be given an evening lecture regarding the recruiting process with both academic and athletic components.
