Over my career in fitness industry I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of client populations ranging from youth and adults athletes, to those recovering from serious injury and surgery. Over this time I have come to learn the strength is never a weakness, and that by building the intergrity of the athlete from the ground up we can push their performance to the next level.
