This is completely neglected today and is one of the most important aspects of creating a healthy athlete. Athletes currently go to GNC and take advice from the person behind the counter. Kids need to know what supplements are ok and which supplements are not. They need to know what food to eat before and after training and competition, what a healthy diet means and why it is important, and how to hydrate the right way without pouring sugar and chemicals in the body. Athletes need to know that poor nutrition will absolutely hold them back from achieving peak performance. |
