MAP focuses on the overall development of young athletes. MAP helps improve student athletes performance through camps, clinics, and individual training sessions. We also help create healthier athletes through nutritional counseling and lectures, injury risk assessment, injury prevention, strength and conditioning sessions.
Most Athletic training is currently focused on improving technique and tactics. Focusing on developing the athlete as a whole is only just beginning to touch the surface. However, there is so much more we should be offering starting at an early age with the hopes that they can become healthier, faster, stronger players in their sport. Mass Athlete Performance was formed with the vision of offering the services that do this, to allow teams the ability to focus on improving players skills, technique and tactics.

|This is completely neglected today and is one of the most important aspects of creating a healthy athlete. Athletes currently go to GNC and take advice from the person behind the counter. Kids need to know what supplements are ok and which supplements are not. They need to know what food to eat before and after training and competition, what a healthy diet means and why it is important, and how to hydrate the right way without pouring sugar and chemicals in the body. Athletes need to know that poor nutrition will absolutely hold them back from achieving peak performance.|
